Meet the Team

Beth Devino brings over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate accounting, and auditing to her role as a Senior Financial Planner at Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM). She leads planning engagements for complex client relationships, with a specialized focus on business owners. Beth works closely with clients and the network of professional relationships they rely on to help ensure planning strategies are well-coordinated and aligned. She helps clients understand how their financial and personal lives intersect, guiding them to clarify and articulate long-term goals that inform a thoughtful, forward-looking financial plan.

Prior to joining Connecticut Wealth Management, Beth was a 401(k)-plan administrator for a large family-owned business. She also spent several years at United Technologies Corporation in the financial reporting group and three years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Education & Certifications

Beth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University. She also received a Master Personal Financial Planner Certificate from Elkin B. McCallum School of Business at Bentley College.

Beth is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS), a credential granted by the AICPA exclusively to CPAs who have the combination of extensive tax expertise and comprehensive knowledge of financial planning. She is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA^®).

Affiliations & Community Involvement

Beth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She serves on the board of directors of the Palace Theatre in Waterbury and is a former board member of Holy Cross High School, where she continues to serve on the school’s Endowment Corporation. Beth is also a member of CTWM’s Charitable Committee and actively participates in the firm’s community outreach efforts.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys golf and spending time with friends and family at her homes in Middlebury, CT and Jupiter, FL.
