Meet the Team

Jason Raiti, CFA, CAIA, joined the Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) team in 2024, bringing nearly two decades of investment experience. He has an extensive background in managing institutional portfolios and driving investment performance.

Before joining CTWM, Jason was a Partner at Edgehill Endowment Partners, overseeing $2.3 billion in assets across five non-profit clients. He led the investment team and was responsible for portfolio management, asset allocation, and manager selection globally across both public and private markets.

Prior to his role at Edgehill, Jason served as the Chief Investment Officer at Choate Rosemary Hall, managing the school’s endowment. Additionally, he held leadership positions managing institutional assets at Eastman Kodak’s pension fund and Wesleyan University’s endowment.

Education & Certifications

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certifications.

Affiliations & Community Involvement

Jason was recognized in Chief Investment Officer Magazine’s “40 Under Forty” list (2017).

During his time at Dartmouth, Jason was a member of the varsity football team, fueling his passion for teamwork and commitment to youth sports programs. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family in West Hartford, Connecticut.
