Meet the Team

Ali Huling brings over a decade of experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She began her career as a recruiter, where she discovered her passion for working with people, and has since built a career leading high-performing teams across growing organizations and global enterprises.

As Director of People, Ali partners with the entire Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) team to develop policies and practices, attract and nurture talent, and ensure teammates are supported as the organization grows. She has a track record of driving organizational results while maintaining a people-first mindset.

Ali is passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace and preserving culture through periods of growth and change. She believes that strong organizations are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.

Education & Certifications

Ali earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication from Towson University.

Affiliations & Community Involvement

Ali lives in Branford with her husband, their three children, and their golden retriever. A former Division I tennis player, she enjoys staying active and is looking forward to picking up golf.
