Meet the Team

Nishaan Patel is an Analyst at Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM). His background covers several industries, including private equity, investment management, consulting, real estate, and venture capital. Throughout his career, Nishaan has always been committed to serving clients on a deeper level, understanding their aspirations and preferences, both for their short and long-term goals, in order to provide bespoke solutions that uniquely cater to each situation. Nishaan is dedicated to providing a high-quality standard of service and is responsible for assisting advisors, developing comprehensive financial plans, and providing attentive client service solutions that guide clients towards success in their life’s goals.

Previously, Nishaan was a Summer Analyst at Qalaa Holdings in Cairo, Egypt, where he focused on building investment theses and valuation models for pre-IPO companies. Prior to this, he was a Summer Consulting Analyst at Deloitte for multiple years in Manhattan, a Venture Capital Intern at Founders’ Impact, Inc, in Manhattan, and a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager for a private investor in West Haven, CT.

Education & Certifications

Nishaan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Science & Data Science from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a joint minor in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from New York University Courant.

Affiliations & Community Involvement

While at New York University Stern School of Business, Nishaan was a Consulting Team Member of NYU FinTech and advised on a digital asset launch for Paris Basketball, spearheading strategic partnerships. Additionally, he served as a consultant for Pfizer as a part of NYU Stern’s Consulting Program. Outside of business, Nishaan served as a Campus Director for the NYU Chapter of the Millennium Fellowship Program, where he helped cohort members create volunteer projects that followed UN SDGs and UNAI Principles.

Outside of the workplace, Nishaan enjoys tennis, basketball, baseball, football, golf, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. He currently resides in Orange, CT.
