Meet the Team

Kayleigh Theroux joined the Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) team as an Analyst in June 2026, following the successful completion of the firm’s internship program. In her role, Kayleigh is responsible for assisting advisors, developing comprehensive financial plans, and providing dedicated client service.

Education & Certifications

Kayleigh earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, with a minor in Management. She studied abroad in Florence, Italy, where she broadened her global perspective and developed an appreciation for diverse business practices. She was also recognized as a New England Scholar.

Affiliations & Community Involvement

While at UConn, Kayleigh served as an Analyst for the sustainability sector of UConn’s student-run venture fund, Hillside Ventures. Kayleigh was also a member of the Professional Business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.

Outside of the office, Kayleigh enjoys golfing, hiking, and snowboarding, and is an avid traveler. Some of her favorite adventures include snowboarding near the Matterhorn in Switzerland, whitewater rafting in Costa Rica, stargazing in the Sahara Desert, and exploring temple ruins in Cambodia. She currently resides in Prospect, Connecticut.
