Matt Bonvicini, CFP®
Financial Advisor
Matt Bonvicini, CFP® joined the Connecticut Wealth Management team in 2021. In his role as Financial Advisor, Matt builds comprehensive plans and investment strategies as part of his commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients.
Additionally, Matt serves on CTWM’s Charitable Committee, helping to organize volunteer opportunities for his teammates. He also leads weekly staff meetings, helping the team start their week with a positive outlook while expanding the team’s musical knowledge.
Matt is passionate about helping people and finds joy in providing a sense of calm to those around him. Prior to joining Connecticut Wealth Management, Matt worked as a Behavior Technician with Prism Autism Education and Consultation.
Education
Matt graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut, Storrs with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences. He was recognized as a Babbidge Scholar during his time at UConn, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Matt is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) licensee.
Affiliation & Community Involvement
While at the University of Connecticut, Matt served on the executive board of Pi Kappa Phi as both the Service and Philanthropy Chairman, served as an Educational Psychology Teaching Assistant within the UConn First Year Experience Program, and volunteered with Best Buddies and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Matt is actively involved with CTWM’s charitable initiatives, including Habitat for Humanity and Hartford Youth Scholars. He also still volunteers his time with UConn’s Best Buddies program.
Outside of the office, Matt enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
