Meet the Team

Mia Servidone officially joined the Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) team in May 2023 as a Planning Analyst after successfully completing the firm’s internship program. As an intern, Mia worked with analysts to research investment opportunities and with the marketing team to implement new strategic systems. This work prepared Mia for her full-time role with the Financial Planning department. In her new role as a Planning Analyst, Mia uses data provided by clients to develop and maintain financial plans specific to each client’s financial and personal needs.

Mia’s experience in the finance industry has been well-rounded. Before her internship, she worked in the Bursar’s office at Central Connecticut State University where her job was to assess itemized student bills and explain them to students. During this time, she competed in the 2022-2023 CFA Institute Research Challenge and became a finalist.

During her work as a wealth management intern at CTWM, Mia utilized her knowledge from her previous coursework, her research for the CFA Institute Research Challenge, and her prior job experience to embody the core values of CTWM.

Education

Mia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is currently working towards completing both her Series 65 and CFP certifications.

Affiliations & Community Involvement

Mia was a member of the Honors Program at Central Connecticut State University and has been a member of the National Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma, since 2022. Outside of the office, Mia enjoys baking and going to escape rooms with friends. She also loves animals and plans to have a dog, cat, bird, and frog in the future.
