Meet the Team

Molly McLaughlin joined the Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) team full-time as an Analyst in June of 2024 after successfully completing her year-long internship with the firm. As an Analyst, she works closely with advisors on the development of comprehensive financial plans and is responsible for building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service.

Education

Molly graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2024, with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management. Additionally, she holds an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Asnuntuck Community College and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.

Affiliations & Community Involvement

During her time at UConn, Molly was a participating member in the UConn Women in Business (UWIB) student-run organization that prepares students and young women for future success through various networking opportunities with experienced professionals and leaders. She was also a member of UConn’s First-Generation Society.

Outside of the office, Molly enjoys attending dance classes, playing volleyball, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She currently resides in Somers, CT.
