Connecticut Wealth Management is seeking a highly capable individual to serve as our Wealth Management Intern. Individuals in this position will work across the Connecticut Wealth Management team, as well as work directly with the firm’s leaders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist financial advisors and their teams with meeting preparation and client work.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain financial data and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct investment and planning-based research.
  • Analyze financial data.
  • Work with our internal teams – such as the Marketing and HR teams – coordinating client and team activities and events.
  • Support projects across the firm including those from our Investment and Financial Planning committees.
  • Support the mission of Connecticut Wealth Management as needed.


  • A desire for a career in the financial services field.
  • The candidate for this position must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work with a diverse team and strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic financial, investment, and tax concepts is helpful but not required.
  • No prior experience in this field is expected, but a strong desire to learn is necessary.
